Raspberry Cranberry Choco Banana Muffins

One of the best ways to involve kids is BAKING !! They will love helping out and get a tasty treat at the end of it ! Try out this lovely muffin recipe to enjoy with fresh or hide it out as weeks meal plan!!


Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1/4 cup raspberries

1/4 cup cranberries

1.75 cups oats flour

1/3 cup oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch salt

2 eggs.


Instructions


1. Preheat the oven to 400 F

2. Grease a muffin tray with butter or oil or set cupcake liners

3. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and add maple syrup,oil, whisked eggs, vanilla extract and blend the mixture well.

4. Sieve the oats flour with the baking soda, baking powder, salt to the bowl and fold the mixture well.

5. Add raspberries and cranberries and fold the mixture

6. Pour the mixture into the muffin tray.

7. Bake at 400 F for 18 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the muffin comes out clean. Meal prep or eat them warm right away !! Enjoy ! .
