This is a quick and easy way to make a little healthier treat for kids or even adults 😜.
Our school is nut free so this is a perfect recipe for school lunches ! Just add different flavors and get a different donut everytime!

Serving Size : 15 mini donuts

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp coconut oil or butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 salt
Glaze
2 tbsp dark chocolate bar pieces
1/2 tsp coconut oil or butter
sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven and brush oil or butter on the donut tray and keep it aside.
In a bowl, add egg, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, oil and beat then well.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, cacao powder and mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold the mixture.
Pipe or use spoon to place the mixture on the donut trays. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes.
Allow them to completely cool.
In a microwavable cup, add chocolate bar, oil and warm the mixture at 30 sec. Mix and keep heating at 30 sec intervals till chocolate melts and has a shine to it.
Dip the donuts and add few sprinkles on top. Enjoy !
