Pav Bhaji is one of the famous street foods of India that mainly started from Mumbai. It can be made at home in a much healthier way and enjoyed as a snack or complete meal. This recipe is a sheet pan/loaf version of this much loved street food that would require even less butter and would work well for parties or family get togethers!

Bake
pav or burger buns or bread (store bought or homemade)
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese or cheese of your choice
tamarind chutney (store bought or homemade)
green chutney (available on blog or store bought)
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves / cilantro
1/2 cup sev
butter or oil
Instructions
Make bhaji per recipe and set it aside. Loads of butter is optional.
Preheat the oven to 375 F .
In a oiled/buttered baking pan, spread some bhaji, add some pieces of bread and add bhaji in gaps and top it of with few pieces of bread. Toss some cheese, brush some oil/butter on exposed bread and bake in preheated oven for 8-10 mins or till bread looks toasted from top.
Once done, remove from oven and drizzle some tamarind & green chutney.
Sprinkle some onions, coriander leaves and sev. Serve hot and enjoyyyyyy !
