I love baking with my 5 year old daughter and she wanted to try something new instead of cake or cookies for her brothers 4 month birthday so brownies it is š! This is glutenfree, no sugar (maple syrup), no wheat flour recipe that will keep your holidays on a healthier side !!

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
3 tbsp dark chocolate pieces
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x9 pan with butter or line the pan with parchment paper
Take bananas in a mixing bowl and mash the bananas well or puree them with a hand blender.
Now add eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and mix well.
Stir in the oats flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, walnuts, dark chocolate pieces in the bowl and combine well.
Pour the mixture into the tray and bake at 350 F (180 C) for 20-25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs. Dont over cook the brownies, itās done with the top layer it not shiny anymore. Cool it down for 10-15 mins.
Serve them warm right away with some vanilla ice cream !! Enjoy the holidaysš!
