Having a toddler means constantly looking for snacks that are tasty and a little bit healthier than usual store bought ones. This recipe satisfies kid’s carving and mom’s wish with ease. Also is a guilt free treat for adults as well !!

Ingredients
1 Cup Ragi Flour (Finger Millet Flour)
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1 Cup Oats or 3/4 Oats Flour
1/2 Cup Jaggery or brown sugar
1 Cup Curd or Yogurt
1/4 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Olive Oil (or any flavorless oil)
3/4 Cup Bananas
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
Vanilla essence
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon powder
Walnuts
(Note - add more nuts or blueberries)
Instruction
Roast the Ragi flour for 4-5 minutes or till its aromatic. Set it aside to cool down.
Mash the bananas and add the jaggery, curd, milk, oil and mix well.
Sieve the Ragi flour, wheat flour, oats flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and fold the mixture slowly.
Add vanilla essence and walnuts ( and bluberries).
Pour the mixture in greased pan/muffin tray and bake for 35-38 mins at 360 F or till cooked.
Cool it down and enjoy guilt free snack !!
