One of the best high protein dips, this chickpea goodness is super easy to make and can be make into variety of flavors! We were going for spicy roasted bell pepper hummus this time !

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 cup tahini
5-6 dry red chillies
1 cup roasted bell peppers
4-5 roasted garlic pods
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
In a blender, add chickpeas, tahini, roasted bell peppers, chillies, paprika, cumin powder, garlic, lemon juice and salt to taste.
Blend the mixture to smooth texture. Add about 1-2 tbsp, if needed ( though it does taste better if added 😊)
Top it up with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle paprika powder and serve with veggies or pita chips. Enjoy !
Note : Store in air tight container for 2-3 days!
