Zoodles or Zucchini noodles is a very good substitute for usual noddles or spaghetti that adds variety to our diet without adding calories. This is one of the many ways zoodles can be made into a healthy yet fun dish!
Ingredients (Serves 3-4 People):-
6 Cups Zoodles
3 Tbsp Unsalted or Lightly Salted Peanut Butter
2 Tsp Soya Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar
2 Tsp Red Chilli paste
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste
2 Tsp Oil
Crushed Peanuts for Garnish

Instructions
-In a hot pan, add Oil and Chilli paste and cook for a minute.
-Add Peanut butter , Sugar, Vinegar, Soya Sauce and salt to taste -Add some water and cook for 5 mins
-In a separate pan, heat 1/2 Tsp of oil and stir fry the Zoodles (Optional)
-Serve Zoodles with the warm sauce on top and garnish with crushed peanuts. Enjoy!! Note: You can add stir fried veggies for a hearty meal
