Traditionally a Gujarati (Indian) bread/tortilla but with a twist to make it healthier for kids (and adults). Its quick and easy dish and great for breakfast or for school lunches.
Ingredients
2 cups Wheat Flour / Atta
½ tsp Red chili Powder (optional)
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Chia seeds
3 Tsp Hemp seeds
1 cup chopped Fenugreek (Methi) leaves
1/4 cup curd / yogurt
2 Tsp Oil
salt to taste
Water as required, to knead dough
(Add other shredded veggies or add Millet flour to make it even more healthy) .

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour and add chili powder, turmeric, garlic powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds and salt
- Mix well and then add finely chopped methi leaves.
- Give a rough mix again making sure the spices, methi leaves are combined well.
- Add curd and combine the dough well.
- If needed, add some water and knead the dough.
- Knead the dough to smooth and soft texture like of chapathi dough.
- Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes.
- Rest the dough for 5-10 mins and make thepla similar to how paratha/ tortilla is made and serve hot with raita or pickle. Enjoy!!
