I have found parathas (thepla) or flatbreads as one of the easiest ways to sneak in healthy ingredients for kids and since every ingredient brings its own flavor, the possibilities are unlimited !

In a large mixing bowl take wheat flour, ragi flour, bajra flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cumin seeds, garam masala and about 2 tsp of salt.
Then add 1 tbsp oil mix again. Add about 1.5 cups of water or as needed.
Add 1 tbsp of oil and knead the dough for about 4-5 minutes into soft dough like for chapathi/ dinner rolls.
Alternatively, use wet grinder (Ultra) or Kitchen aid and add all the ingredients. Add water as the machines kneads till it forms a soft dough. If needed just take out the dough and knead few times with hand.
Rest the dough for 5-10 mins covered with damp cloth and make paratha similar to how paratha/ tortilla is made and serve hot with raita or pickle. Enjoy!!
Very very tasty and nutritious
