Ingredients
1 1/4 cups wheat flour / atta
3 tbsp grated cheese (I used mozzarella)
1 tbsp Italian seasoning or oregano
1 tbsp canned tomato purée
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
water as required, to knead dough

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add wheat flour, Italian seasoning or oregano, tomato paste, cheese, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and about 1 tsp of salt.
Then add 1 tsp oil mix again. Add some water as needed.
Add 1 tsp of oil and knead the dough for about 4-5 minutes into soft dough like for chapathi/ dinner rolls.
Rest the dough for 5-10 mins covered with damp cloth. Make thepla similar to paratha or tortilla and serve hot with ketchup. Enjoy!!
