A crowd pleaser !! This recipe is amazing for parties and requires minimal effort ! Make it in a sheet pan or arrange in lovely shot glasses , people will keep coming back for more š
Ingredients
2 Cans (~ 30 Oz) of Mango pulp
1 can of condensed milk (14 oz)
1 tub whipping cream ( ~1lb)
Cardamom powder
Cut mangoes ( soak in sugar if not sweet)
Thin sliced Almond/Pistachios for presentation

Instructions
-Mix mango pulp, cardamom powder and condensed milk (gradually) and whip them well. It has to be sweeter than usual since we would add whipping cream.
-Once that mixture is blended well , add the whipping cream in parts and just fold , no more whipping.
-Fold till mouse like consistency and chill in refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
-Now I arranged the mouse with layer of cut mangoes and nuts in one big tray but you can arrange in shot glasses like parfait - one layer mango , one layer mouse and top with nuts. Enjoy the yummy mangoness :P
