Golden Pancakes

These savory sorghum pancake aka jowar dosa are good way to sneak in veggies for toddlers and it’s gluten-free ..nom nom

Ingredients

3 Cups Sorghum Flour or Jowar Flour

1 Grated Cucumber

1 Grated Carrot

1 Grated Beetroot (small)

1 Finely chopped Onion

1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro

1 Cup Indian curd or Plain Yogurt

1 Tsp Turmeric Powder

1 Tbsp Cumin seeds

Salt to taste

Instructions

- In Sorghum flour, add all the ingredients and mix well( Water from veggies should mix well).

-Add water to bring the mixture to pancake (or dosa)batter consistency.

-Pour the batter on hot oiled skillet and cook till brown on both sides. Serve hot with Spicy Ketchup or Chutney. Enjoy!!
