One of our go to Indo-Chinese recipes, this is a quick and easy snack or side for weekday lunches or dinners!

Ingredients
1 cup cubed paneer / cottage cheese (~ 2 inches)
1 onion , chopped (~1 inch in size)
1 green pepper, chopped (~1 inch in size)
3 green chillies , finally chopped
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add paneer and sauté for 1 minute on high and set aside.
In same pan, add rest of the oil, onions, ginger-garlic paste, chillies, peppers and stir fry them on high for 2-3 minutes.
Now add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and mix well.
Stir in the paneer and add salt if needed. Cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve hot with noodles or fried rice and enjoy this spicy tangy dish !
