Badam Halwa(Almond Flour Pudding)

A rich and easy dessert for festive season, this recipe is a must try. It a nice blend of almond’s goodness and ghee/sugar yumminess 😍😀!

Serving Size : 4 (as dessert)

Prep ⏰: 5 mins | Cook ⏰ : 15 mins


Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup milk

2 tsp cardamom powder / elaichi

3 tbsp clarified butter / ghee

2 tbsp of dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews and raisins)


Instructions

  • In a pan (preferably non stick with heavy bottom), heat ghee and add dry fruits and sauté them till they are golden brown.

  • Now stir in the almond flour and sugar and mix well.

  • Start adding milk slowly while incorporating it into the mixture. Cook the mixture for 4-5 minutes while stirring.

  • Add cardamom powder and cook for 1-2 minutes or till almond flour tastes cooked.

  • Garnish with some more nuts and enjoy the deliciousness !
