Tandoori Cauliflower

This is an amazing center piece for parties or family get togethers and pretty easy to put together ! Impress guests with this simple yet impressive dish 😜!

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower Head (medium)

2-3 tbsp hung curd

2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp chilli powder

2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tbsp kasuri methi

Salt to taste

Oil spray




Instructions

- Remove any extra leaves from Cauliflower head. Mix 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt in 2 tbsp of warm water. Brush this mixture on to cauliflower to complete cover it .

- In Instant pot, place a trivet and fill it with 1 cup of water. Place the cauliflower head on the trivet.

- Cook the cauliflower on HIGH pressure for 1 mins and release the pressure quickly (QPR)

- Mix hung curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and salt well.

- Brush the mixture on the cooked cauliflower thoroughly. Set aside for 30 mins.

- Pre-heat oven at 400 F. Spray the cauliflower head with some oil and bake for 20-25 mins or till golden brown .

- Serve on bed on greens or yogurt dip as center piece for parties and enjoy !
