Summer is great for grilling but these marinations would even work with oven during fall and winter. So enjoy these and add variety to basic grilled vegetables!
Ingredients Yogurt based
1.5 Cups Thick Yogurt / Indian Curd
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Chilli Powder
3 Tsp Coriander Powder
2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Kasoori Methi(Dried Fenugreek leaves)
10 Cups Choice of Veggies,Paneer - Cut 2 inches in size
Salt to taste (Slightly more for marination)
Instructions
Mix all the spices and yogurt well. You could add a spoon for corn flour to make it thick and add crunch(I skipped this). Mix the mixture and veggies and marinate for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Grill at 375 F for 15-20 mins or till nicely charred. Enjoy !! .
