Dhaniya-Pudina Chutney(Coriander-Mint Chutney)

Spicy and tangy condiment for any North Indian snack or dish! This lovely chutney is a must have and this is just one of the versions !

Vegetarian

Serving Size : 2 mason jars

Prep ⏰: 5 mins | Cook ⏰ : NA


Ingredients 3 cup coriander

1/2 cup mint

5 green chillies

5 garlic pods

4 tbsp curd or yogurt

1 tsp dry mango powder/ amchur powder

salt to taste



Instructions

  • In a blender, add coriander, mint, chillies, garlic, mango powder, yogurt and about 1 tsp of salt. Blend it to smooth consistency and add water only if needed as yogurt adds necessary liquid.

  • Store in refrigerator for a week and enjoy with any snack, wraps or sandwiches!
