One of our favorite dessert growing up, this is an easy recipe with minimum ingredients for any occasion!

Ingredients
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp chickpea flour / besan
1 cup water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder / elaichi
2 tbsp clarified butter / ghee
pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp of dry fruits (cashews and raisins)
Instructions
In a pan (preferably non stick with heavy bottom), heat ghee and add dry fruits and sauté them till they are golden brown.
Now stir in the wheat flour, besan and mix well.
Keep stirring the mixture till wheat flour is light brown and aromatic. Add water while stirring so there are no lumps.
Add cardamom powder, nutmeg add sugar and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium low.
Garnish with some more nuts and enjoy this yummy dessert!
