From my grandmother/father’s kitchen with little of our twist, this ayurvedic home remedy is a hidden gem worth sharing. It’s known to improve digestion, reduce stomach ulcers, control blood sugar, aid weight loss and has plethora of benefits for lactating mothers. I had it post delivery with my first child but we started having it atleast once a week, if not daily during pandemic season to avoid common ailments for all of us and especially for my pregnancy and postpartum!

How to consume this powder
Eat 1/2 tsp of powder in 1tbsp of rice with some ghee everyday.
It’s also easy to sneak into curries and chutneys for kids so they get the benefit without tasting it (my daughter has always eaten bitter things so she eats with rice)
